ADD VAR IN FC 26

I think its high time we get VAR integrated into FC , then work more on the pace and realism of simulation mode , all the players are too slow and lack real life explosism , make the pace according to player strengths in real life and add VAR , and we will have some new features to be excited about in FC 26
