Avatar is gone

atreya33 Thanks for the post and update, it was a caching issue on our end. It's fixed for now, with the root cause being looked into.

FreddyFox1234 That's interesting that you couldn't update. I just manually updated you to a random Sims 4 avatar now.

If you go to your settings page now can you update it by clicking the pen icon?

My avatar has gone as well, though I see that other people's avatars seem to be working fine. What's the issue here? I can't even change my avatar (if I wanted to) - there are no options for me any more.
