Personally I can only guess how many of those as false bans as they somehow coincidentally pop up when Respawn take action against certain hardware / software.
And even if so there is a help webpage that states clearly that ban appeals should be posted there / forums state that ban appeals should not be posted here. Just Apex (lazy) community showing again that reading instructions, learning is not for them :) that's how I see it.
Also based on the cases I actually looked into - does not seems like posting on forums ever helped.
like I wrote earlier, if they would stop responding with automated messages/templates, noone would be here to "discuss" a ban. And yes based on those cases you looked into, nothing helped just like appealing against the ban, people just don't give up when a system is flawed. I know that it seems hard to believe that there are people who got falsely banned, and because of an error on respawn/ea side you cannot do anything if you're not a streamer/youtuber, there are tons of pros/ccs getting banned for this reason but get an manual review in like a day, seeems unfair
