Cannot post images inside a spoiler

I'm back with a new wave of testing.

My latest finding is that I am able to add images in spoiler tag provided there were no existing images in spoiler tags before. Here is a list of findings so far:

1. Images in spoiler can only be added through Upload to computer
2. Images in spoiler can only be added once during the creation of a post. During this time, you can add as many spoiler images as possible.
3. After #2, re-editing a post causes issues/bug to existing images in spoiler. User cannot re-publish the post unless they remove all existing images in spoiler, then reupload them all using #1.

To replicate:

1. Add images to spoiler via step 2.
2. Re edit the post, don't change anything, and attempt to publish it.
3. Observe error happening.
