Forum post limit is small and stopping me giving bug reports

"Content not published. You have exceeded the maximum number of posts you can publish. Try again later"

No indication of how many is too many or what 'later' means.

It seems it lets you post a couple more every two or three hours after that?

(And, again, I am trying to post this and can't so I'll have to keep checking every hour or so until it allows it...)
