How do we request forum staff to help with a specific game?
Tried opening a more specific version of this and you guys just moved it to a different forum, so trying again. how do we actually get someone to pay attention to the players of a game and their needs/critical issues? I know EA loves to ignore any bugs that don't cost them money, but c'mon now I shouldn't have to resort to BBB complaints to get assistance when you have these official forums

There isn't really a way of guaranteeing that an EA staff member will reply to a specific post. This forum is largely intended to be player-driven, where we help each other out. However, they will often respond or post a thread with an update if they have information that they can share about a particular issue.
