How to change profile pic

Why is it that the only ones with a profile picture are the forum mods?  How are we able to change our profile pictures? Pretty standard option that I can't seem to find.

    Hey, the missing profile pics was part of a temporary issue, which should be fixed now. Puzzlezaddict has also dropped details on where to update the profile pic once this is fixed.

Currently it is not possible for users to specify a profile pic. These forums are still at an early state.
