I bought EAFC25 yesterday, and I try to enter in UT and doesn’t work. Appears a error (CE-34878-0) and the game crash

I go to my other account and the game work nicely and I enter in UT and play normally

I also have the exact same issue with CE-108255-1 code. I tried evert but nothing changed. Please help
