Stealing EAFC points

Hello, I bought 500 eafc points to be able to make drafts. However, once I get to a match, the match quits itself at 0 minutes without me being able to intervene, takes me back to the ultimate team screen and counts the match as a defeat. I'm not one to write messages for help, but stealing 5 euros from me by forbidding me to play the game deserves to be heard.
