The emails I sent aren't showing up in the cases. I can't fill out the "product or game" tab on the form you asked me to fill out because the situation I requested isn't available. Since I didn't fill it out, it won't let me send an email. I sent an email based on your previous answers, but I still haven't received a response. Customer service has been closed for a while now. Now you just send an email and wait for a response.
People used to send emails. It used to take days for a response. Now, despite living in the age of technology, our emails aren't being answered. I think companies are becoming more selfish as they grow. We can't even delete our own accounts at will.
