account disabled. useless EA help pages

Hey i got the same problem my account is linked to my xbox i cant continue either because someone changed my name and email... im also in need of help

Good luck. For some reason they are ironclad on upholding the 1 EA account = 1 gamertag FOR LIFE even if the email address attached doesn't exist anymore. Somehow remembered my password only to get the "verification sent to your email address" message. That email address hasn't been active in 10 years 😂

This gotta be a joke or something i cant do anything in the settings.... because it wants me to verify an email which is not mine even this username is not mine 

Im just waiting for a EA mod to comment on here with the generic response link and mark the thread as solved without any help at all. 

its really is a rubbish system they've got set up. the fact that your unable to start a new case or help line is ridiculous! 

Lol. Its hilarious. I tried posting about everyone of a certain class using the law for appropriate legal action and it says ive exeeded my posting limit. But i can literally post anything else. I feel like that is the opposite of legal. Try it out for yourself. I combined the word class, with another word "action", then law, and finally suit.

I have the same problem! Who remembers their email that is 15 years old!
