Ban appeal stuck in “Waiting on Studio” for 3 weeks
Existing ban appeal #251363315 stuck in “Waiting on Studio” since July 26
My EA account was compromised and received a permanent Systems Abuse sanction while I did not have access to it. EA subsequently recovered the account and verified my ownership.
I submitted an appeal for the sanction. It has now been in “Waiting on Studio” for approximately 3 weeks.
I've contacted EA Support three times specifically about case #251363315:
• 1st agent : checked the case and confirmed it was under review/Waiting on Studio. He advised me not to resume the case because it could move it out of the queue.
• 2nd agent : checked #251363315 and told me the appeal had been escalated to a higher review team.
• 3rd agent : initially checked an older July 16 appeal and incorrectly told me it had been declined. After I pointed out that I was asking about #251363315, he corrected himself and confirmed that #251363315 had been re-escalated to the Studio team for a secondary review.
The case is still showing “Waiting on Studio.”
I am not asking the Forums to overturn the ban. I understand that only the ToS team can make that decision.
I'm asking whether someone can confirm that #251363315 is still actively in secondary review, or flag it if it has stalled. I have already submitted the appeal and do not want to create a duplicate case.
My previous thread about this was marked solved 12 days ago, but the issue remains unresolved.
I can provide screenshots of the three support conversations if required.
