Banned - Stuck in loop - Not showing on help pages

Same here, I played the beta no biggie no issues, pre ordered the game- did the pre download to make sure everything would be good to go, logged on Friday night to see the menus and to see if i needed to download anything else after work. Woke up Saturday Morning on my b day to play check emails- got one saying I am Banned- Go to log on same thing your screens show- Didnt even get into a Game and Got Banned.
