Banned - Stuck in loop - Not showing on help pages

Same boat brothers.
I got restricted yesterday with no clear reason. I submitted a case on EA Help several times, but it doesn’t show under "My Cases".

I really hope they fix this ASAP. This is just as unfair as it gets.
