Banned - Stuck in loop - Not showing on help pages

I am stuck in the same loop. I was actually having fun playing the game yesterday when it happened to me this morning. Such a disappointing outcome. Literally every game from EA has some sort of problem preventing me from playing. I've learned my lessen this time. NEVER buying a EA game again.
