I finally managed to get in touch with an actual human EA Advisor (not a Chatbot) through opening a case (by not selecting "Submit an appeal"), who stated that he will forward my case to the ToS-Team for a review. I will keep you updated if i get an actual response and what the response was.

What did you choose instead of "Submit an appeal"?

I believe it was "Account compromised" or something like that.
