Banned for no Reason at all

Hey there, I have no idea what is even happening. I logged into the Sims 4, for the very first time EVER, to find that my account was banned. I have no idea why that could even be happening. I'm not sure if this is a glitch or what, but I would like to get it fixed.  I own every expansion of  Sims 3 and if it was still working with my system, I'd keep playing that. Since it isn't, I'm switching to Sims 4, but if I can't use DLCs, I'm canceling.

I'm including the screenshot of my ban history, which shows nothing, but when I log in, it gives me an error code that my account is banned. Not sure what is going on with it.

    Hi there. We're not able to help with banned accounts over the EA Forums. I recommend submitting a dispute so Terms of Service can perform an investigation to see if the ban was given by mistake. Instructions for that can be found in this article. Thanks!
