How to unlink my old email account so I can receive my code to my new emails?

you wont unlink your email from your account.
What you will need to do is unlink your XB/PS/PC account from that old EA account and then link it to the new one with your desired emailHow would I go about doing this? I’ve tried what seems like everything, I don’t have access to the old email I used for my old EA account 13 years ago.
