Ive bought the the pro version of the battle pass but it isn't giving me certain rewards that it says that ive already unlocked. Ive tried everything from crashing the game to uninstalling it. Ive basically tried everything that the help page suggests.
I am having the same issue since weeks ago. I have been in contact with the EA customer service and I had 3 different cases on the same issue, all 3 of them closed with no resolution. What should I expect ? Did I just threw money out the window ? EA_Aljo

Transparency parachute
Bad Medicine Support Armata
Missing early tier rewards
Canis Lupus LL10 weapon pack
Tier 4 Unflinching
I am tier 93 out of 110 with 22 out of 22 completed tiers on multiple sectors and the PRO XP bonus is active but these rewards never unlocked I can provide screenshots if needed
I have exactly same issue and skins from recruit section is also locked in loadout while it shows its unlocked in battle pass section
As far as I know its the first 6 instant rewards. I have got the last 6 you get with the pro but the first six for just the normal pass i havnt got.
