Black screen bf6 on ps5

I live in use and I was the playing the game normally, I wasn't happy about the player base cz there wasn't a lot of players so I changed my region via ea website to Europe  but after that I can't play . I get a black screen after I search for an multi-player mach.. please does someone know a fix.

login issue

    Hey Cap_King993​ if playing on PS5 then changing your region on the EA site should have no impact. Matchmaking would be based on your location and console/game settings.

    Do you see an error of any kind?
