Can’t connect to EA servers on any game

I have an Xbox, with ultimate membership, and the accounts are all linked. Whenever I try to go online on Battlefield 1 it just doesn’t let me go online, it just tells me to play the campaign. So I tried to play another EA game I have, PVZ GW2, which also did not let me go online, only lets me play singleplayer. My wifi is fine because online works for all other games, and I have tried changing everything and rebooting everything. Does anyone else have this problem?
