Can’t get a refund for my inconvenience

I contacted ea support almost a month ago since i had problems connecting my ea and steam account.  i was told that they would take care of it and it could take up to 72hrs but as i said it has almost been a month. i have been contacting ea support for a couple of times during the month but always got the answer that it would be taken care of. but now when i contacted ea support i got told that there was no way to fix it and i feel like i would deserve a refund for having to wait almost a month to play ea fc 25 and apex legends but afterall i can’t even play them anymore. so just hoping for some kind of an answer

    well i really wish there is something to do since i have paid 70€ for ea fc 25 and have spent on apex legends too and now i have waited for a month and haven’t been able to play them and seems like i won’t be able to play them never again
