Can’t connect to ultimate team.

I can’t connect to ultimate team, I can connect to EA. I can play all other game modes but ultimate team. I have done everything in the forums, I have re downloaded fc26. I have used different wifis. But still cannot connect. It’s been  I have spoke to two different people in EA chat both couldn’t help, my account on a Ban and I’ve also tried everything they have suggested.  Please help
