Cannot redeem FC 27 promo code: attempt lock lasting over 24 hours

Hello EA Support,

I received an EA SPORTS FC 27 Golden FUT Pack promo code from Burger King Germany (Burger King Deutschland GmbH), but I cannot redeem it. When I try, I get a message that I have made too many attempts.

This lock has now lasted more than 24 hours, so it has not cleared on its own. The attempts happened because the code was partly unreadable on my receipt, before Burger King sent me the complete code by email.

Could you please remove the redemption lock on my account so I can redeem the code?
