Can't access my EA account (old Yandex email deleted)

Hey everyone, Im having a huge issue with my EA account and honestly can't find a way to contact a real support agent or open a live chat on the help site. Every time I try, it just loops me back. Hope someone here can point me in the right direction.

 Long story short: my EA account is linked to an old Yandex.ru email. That email was completely deleted a while ago and doesn't exist anymore. On top of that, I live in Ukraine, so Yandex is blocked here anyway, meaning I have zero chance of getting any verification codes or checking old emails.

 This EA account is linked to my Steam, and now I'm basically locked out of my games. I just want to change the email on my old EA account to a normal Gmail so I can actually use it again. I don't have emails from the old Origin/EA app, but I am the original owner and I have all the proof inside my Steam account ready to show support. I have my Steam ID, my Steam purchase history, and receipts for the EA games I play.

Since I can't log into my main account to open a ticket, I had to create this temporary one just to post here. Could any of the EA staff or mods please help me get in touch with an advisor or give me a direct link to Live Chat?

    Sorry to hear you’re dealing with that. I can understand how frustrating this must be, especially when the old email no longer exists and you can’t receive any verification codes.

    Unfortunately, account recovery and email changes can’t be handled from the forums. The best next step would still be to go through the EA Account Help Hub and click Contact us at the bottom of the page. That page is the main account recovery and support entry point. If it doesn't work, please feel free to use this webform.

    If you do get through to support, it may help to have ready any details that can help confirm ownership, such as your Steam ID, purchase history, receipts, and any other account details you still have.

    Hope you’re able to get back into the account soon.
