Can't access my EA
Hey I have an ea account for my xbox, and my girlfriends account was linked to it. I can't access the account at all. Keeps saying I can't use it pretty much. She just got game pass and was able to use EA and everything. I don't understand who to talk to about resolving this
It sounds like it might potentially be the restriction that's in place for account linking, where only one type of platform account is allowed to be linked in a lifetime. It's mentioned at the beginning of the guide below.
