Cant get into my old account.

I no longer have access to my old email that was tied to my Origin/EA account. How do i recover my old account with all my sims stuff on it.

    Hello Sh00Sh0o,

    No one here can help you with this problem, you need to contact EA Support, only Support can resolve account issues.

    • The link to EA's Support is here.
    • In "Search game or Topic" Search for "EA app".
    • Click on "See all Help Topics"
    • Click "I need help logging in to my EA Account"
    • Click "Continue without logging in"
    • Choose a contact option, preferable "Chat with us" 
      (EA help Guide.)
