Cant link my xbox account

Hello i am standing with this problem that i cant link my xbox account to my EA account. the problem i am getting is that they say i already have linked it but to an account i dont even know. does ...

    If the account is already linked then you'll not be able to link it to another account. 

    Have you previously played EA games on an account?
