Thank god I’m not the only one. I can’t change this account’s email to my PSN account. An old friend made me a psn account around 2012 using his email when I didn’t have one at the time. Then when I made my personal email I changed it on PlayStation but his email is linked to the EA account and now I can’t access it. It’s frustrating since all these years everything I grinded for and also purchased is link to that account!!! Does this mean if I purchase future products from EA it’ll never be mine?!? If I look for support on EA’s website there’s no help. Contacting EA is nearly impossible and when the forum admin replies, he will send the link to that same support page. There should be a lawsuit against EA for this. That means if I buy cosmetics or a full game by EA using my PlayStation account it’ll always be own by another email.
