Can't unlink account

So I am trying to unlink my steam account from my EA account and every single time I keep clicking unlink, it doesn't do it. I need help on what to do or if EA can just unlink it for me.

I clicked it multiple times and refreshed the page. I even went and tried to do it on my phone and it still wouldn't work and would bug out.
