All my cases have been closed, checking this morning I can see the one I opened 2 days ago was marked closed with no fix on the 22nd at noon. I received no email updating me of the status change, I also do not believe they can’t fix a username error. On my end it once again looks like the call centre rep fobbed me off then closed the ticket a few days later so their metrics don’t look off.
