I have my switch and pc accounts connected to the same EA account but when the new season rolled over i only got the rank rewards for my pc account even though i got pred on switch and the ai chat bo...
I just tested this myself. When I entered “Didn’t receive my rank badge”, used a placeholder name, and replied PC and Switch as the platform, the chatbot asked me to confirm that it was a missing rewards issue. After I confirmed that, it directed me to a related self-help article, and at the bottom there was a Chat with us option.
After clicking that, I was taken to the next page and a live chat window appeared. I also received an email confirming that a case had been created.
Sorry that I forgot to grab a screenshot of the Chat with us step, but the help website does appear to be working normally from my side. I know it has been frustrating having to try this multiple times already, but please make sure you are answering the chatbot questions as accurately as possible.
I copied your exact steps, and i never get the chat window at all. It literally just keeps telling me missing items aren't supported by advisors, so who else is supposed to help me if the advisors wont ? Like there's gotta be a direct way to speak to a real person, idk how many times i keep spamming the bot to speak to a real person and it just asks me what my problem is and i keep telling it the issue and it's the same outcome every single time, i'm literally cancelling my ea membership because this company is actually ridiculous.
I checked my chat with the chatbot again from yesterday, and this was the wording it gave me: Is this what you need help with? In-game currencies and rewards. You may want to try selecting or using that exact wording directly.
You could also try contacting support through an account-related issue category instead and see whether that gives you a different route.
And sorry you’ve had to go through so many hurdles just trying to reach an advisor.
I just tried creating another ticket for login issues just to see if i can get through, same thing "this issue isn't supported by our advisors" Like it doesn't matter what i type in, what i pick, what i do, everything isn't supported by an advisor
Hmm, that does seem really unusual. Have you received any emails from EA at all?
If you haven’t already, it may be worth trying the following before submitting again:
Clear your browser cookies and cache
Try a different browser or use an incognito/private window
Temporarily disable any extensions, auto-translate tools, or ad blockers
Submit as a guest
As for the Xbox issue, the team is looking into an issue preventing players from purchasing the Ultimate+ Battle Pass tier on any Xbox platform. They’re also tracking a crash impacting Xbox Series machines. It’s possible your issue may be related to one of these.
Literally gave it 12 hours, no cases opened, nothing, and still everything is unsupported by your advisors, either that or the websites screwed up because i cant even link an xbox account to my ea account without it telling me it's already linked, yet it doesn't tell me it is on my connected accounts section, it still says no connections. Like its telling me i have accounts linked yet i literally dont, im actually so close to never touching anything made by EA ever again if this is the case when you actually need support.
