Hmm, that does seem really unusual. Have you received any emails from EA at all?
If you haven’t already, it may be worth trying the following before submitting again:
- Clear your browser cookies and cache
- Try a different browser or use an incognito/private window
- Temporarily disable any extensions, auto-translate tools, or ad blockers
- Submit as a guest
As for the Xbox issue, the team is looking into an issue preventing players from purchasing the Ultimate+ Battle Pass tier on any Xbox platform. They’re also tracking a crash impacting Xbox Series machines. It’s possible your issue may be related to one of these.
