Disabled account, Poor Customer Service, Very frustrated

I just bought it on Xbox X, have the same exact message and no penalty history.  Absolutely ridiculous.  Now I sit and wait for an email that may take days.  Absolutely STUPID there is no number to call or chat option to talk to someone to get it resolved since it's an error on EA's part and not mine.  Terrible customer service.

Testing here 93b89entyxh4​ and not seeing any issues. If seeing an error about a breach of the rules then this means that our TOS team have found such a breach.

    Then why cant they tell people what the breach is instead of us looking like idiots wondering why?

    Then how do I find out what the "issue" is so I can get it figured out?  I just spent $70 to find out I can't even play the game because of some imaginary violation.  I can't even remember the last time I played a game with my EA account.  This is ridiculous.  Absolutely zero information, zero ways to get it resolved except by sending an email and waiting over a week to maybe get a response.  And I don't even play online with other people, so what rule could I possibly have broken?
