I am not trying to redirect the conversation. If I can I would actually like to assist you. But it looks like I cannot.

Sadly if you cannot verify account ownership to EA's satisfaction then you will not be able to recover your account nor would you be able to unlink an account that has not been properly verified by EA as yours.

I wish I had a better answer or a solution.
