EA account server connection/email change

Ive just bought FC26 Toty edition but it wont let me play pro clubs or have access to any in game passes or progressional rewards. It only allows me to play Ultimate team and co-op seasons. Im not sure what the issue is. I thought maybe it had to do with the fact the email in the EA account is old however EA wont allow me to change it without having access to that email address (I dont have access to it anymore). Is there really no support line i could call to sort this ?

    Hey musaraphael10​ that's an odd one, when you are unable to play does it give you an error message of any kind?

    If you think that you need to update your account details then you can do so by taking a look at this help article

    It says "unable to connect to EA servers. Please check your Internet connection and try again" however im connected to the Internet and can play other online features

    I also cant update any information as it needs to send a verification to an Email i dont have access too anymore

    If unable to do so due to no longer having access then you can sue the links to speak with our live support team who should be able to assist you.
