EA Customer Support is ABSOLUTE GARBAGE

It's been almost 3 months of trying to get some help so I can play the game I spent $70 on, Battlefield 6.  Filed multiple appeals with no response.  Can someone help me with how to make a new EA account for my Xbox so I can play this freakin game I spent money on.

Also blows my mind that I was able to purchase this game on Xbox marketplace through the account that is supposedly banned.

    If you go to your profile on the EA website, you should be able to manage linked accounts. from there you can unlink your Xbox account. After you do that you can then log out of that EA account and create a new one.
