EA deleted my account, ignoring my requests

I havent played any EA game for few years. And recently when I wanted to play Apex again, I found out that my account is banned. How could it get banned if I didnt even log in for few years?
So years old account with purchased games and achievements just gone.
And all my opened cases keep getting "fixed" status without any explanation.

1st time in my life I have such experience. They just decided to delete some random account? How can you purchase anything from them after it?

    Hey Gogen135​,

    If you haven't played for a few years and returned to find a banned account, it's possible someone else gained access to the account and did something to cause it to be closed.

    I see a single case created from this particular account - 215732980, and it looks like the support team was asking for you to contact from the account that was banned so they can check into it further. 

    If the email on that account was changed as well, you'll need to first recover the account. It'd be best to start by creating a new case here and selecting Game Support > EA Account > I need help with my hacked account so the support team can assist with the actual account recovery.

    They'll need to verify some other details about the account first and should then be able to help update that information so you can get access back.

    I left them my e-mail adress to which the account was linked to. Also I have this new account I registred to create a case. I never got any reply anywhere.

    Hey Gogen135​,

    If you click the case number in my previous post or check your case history page here (same link), you should be able to check out the reply for a particular case.

    If you use the specific options mentioned earlier to start a new case, you should generally get a chat option rather than the email, which is often much more helpful when you're trying to recover an account. That way you should be able to chat directly and clear this up with an advisor.

    There are only my message there. No any replies below it.
    I also used chat and advisor suggested me to create a case once again. he also tried to send me a code but it never came to my e-mail.

    Hey Gogen135​,

    It looks like a link was provided with the response to your earlier case, but if you've already been able to get through to chat, you should be able to continue speaking with them there to get this cleared up. Note that if you're contacting through this account, the verification code would be coming to this email as well, not the one you're trying to recover.

    I'd also make sure you're letting support know you're trying to recover a hacked account rather than appealing a ban. They'll need to help revert changes that were made (such as to the email) so you can access that account before more steps can be taken. If you contact about a banned account, they'll likely go through a different process and have you create an email appeal instead of helping recover the actual account first.

    I still dont understand why that code sent by chat advisor never came to any of my emails. That was strange. After it, he told me they cant do anything and sent a link to creating a case page.
    However I have an access to my email, I can confirm it. I have even registration mails from EA Origin from 2015.

    "Resume Case" button leads to general page as well. it doesnt resume anything.
    So I can create just another case and after some time it will be magically closed again. I dont understand why support team is unable to do such simple thing like restoring an account. No any answer even given.

    And what should exactly happen after clicking "resume case"??? Why does it redirect to the main support page while it's saying it should let you to resume the case?
