I always feel more confident when aware of such good advice to apply within password creation especially whilst computing technology advances through AI systems.

1. Go for longer passwords of 16 characters including upper and lower case letters and also numbers and special characters and if using phrases then combine words that would not usually go together

2. Use a password manager to store your passwords

3. Enable 2FA and use trusted devices
