Thank you for showing us how to stay safe using mods 🙂

Some mods safety rules:

  • Download only from trusted sites and be careful with the URLs
  • Use only .package or .ts4script for The Sims and .json for Command and Conquer Remastered or see the guidelines here, but never .exe .bat or .cmd
  • Scan the files with an antivirus after you download them
  • After each update, move your Mods folder from his place and wait for the creators to update their Mods, don't trust quick fixes from others.
