Account email update (EA help not helpful)

Hi, I'm here for 2 matters:

1). first time speaking to EA advisor and met a rude staff. tried to report to EA but no one cares....[image: bad service]

2). tried to contact EA again as I can't change my email address in my own page. the page says that I need to "resume case" but the next page has no comment session for me to continue chatting...[images: case summary 1 & 2].

Anyone knows how? Thank you in advance!!!

    Hello there, 

    I'm sorry to hear about your experience. Unfortunately, we're unable to assist with account changes here in the EA Forums. You will need to contact EA Help again to change your email. 

    Once you click on "Resume Case" you should have an option to send them a message again. What do you see after selecting Resume Case?

    If you don't see any further options after clicking on Resume Case, you can try creating a new case and quoting the previous case for reference. I know this is not the ideal scenario, but I will make sure to pass the feedback forward to the EA Help team regarding the contact options on the website. If you have any further questions, please let us know.

    Hey thanks for following up, much appreciated. I'll open a new case and see how it goes. BTW, the Help page for email update isn't very friendly to be honest: there's auto link to the profile page but that's not solving the issue as the profile page email section won't let me update. So I guess my impression of EA HELP is very low....not to mention that EA staff called me 'rude'.....
