EA help please?!?!

I am trying to get back into my account but I am not reciving any codes to be able to log back in. I’ve tried everything else to get my account back I’ve spent time playing and want to play it again as I’ve bought a newer Xbox. Thanks

    Hi there, 

    If you're not getting codes, try resending the code. If that doesn’t work, make sure:

    • your inbox isn’t full
    • you’ve checked the spam folder
    • you or your service provider haven’t blocked us
    • you’re logged in to the right EA Account.
      • If you’re logged in to a different EA Account, your codes might go to the wrong email.

    Keep your EA Account email address up to date so you can always get your codes.

    If you’re still not getting your codes, look for a past email from ea@e.ea.com and allow images to be displayed. Then, resend the verification email.
