EA needs better customer support

It's been over a month and I have filed multiple appeals, I still haven't heard a single word from EA Support.  I paid $70 for the new Battlefield 6 on Xbox and found out my account had been disabled...

Hey 93b89entyxh4​ would it be possible to share the message that you see onscreen when unable to play?

    Shared this in the original thread over a month ago.  Your advice was to submit an appeal, that has gotten me nowhere.  Starting to believe no one actually looks at the appeals as I have 3 submitted and not a single word in response from EA.

    If my account is banned and I can't play their game, why would they let me waste my money on it?  I bought it from the Xbox store through the very account they say is banned.
