EA Refund Tool & Contact Us Option Not Working

Yesterday, 12/4/2025, my sister wanted to get almost all the Sims 4 expansion packs/content packs/etc. We bought them (totaling almost $500) but they unfortunately aren't compatible with her laptop. I've tried every single route recommended to try and get a refund for these, but the refund tool won't work now, and when I go to the "Contact Us" form, it says "this issue isn't supported by our advisors". 

I'm refusing to let this go for purchases that are unusable and totaling over $500!!! Someone please help me here.

    I have the same problem with the refund tool. In Step 1 it says: You don't have any eligible games or a history of refund requests. Yet when I go to Order History, the Sims 4 Get Together is clearly there. I ordered twice since it was so slow to respond, I thought the order did not go through.

  • BiblioGeek​  Sims 4 packs are treated as DLC and therefore not eligible for automatic refunds.  You'd need to contact EA customer support, and talk to a real person in real time, to get the refund.  If you've tried that already and couldn't get through, that may have been because of the holiday break, so it's worth trying again now or in a couple days.
