EA, Stop Ignoring Us: Xbox and PSN Accounts Stuck on Unrecoverable EA Profiles

Many of us are still waiting for a proper response from EA. This issue has been going on for too long, and it's very frustrating. We deserve an official statement from EA about what's going on and what is being done to fix this. Please don't keep ignoring us .. this needs to be addressed.
