Thank you for putting this post together. I have the same exact issue with a dead email address and the system wants to verify my log in credentials by emailing that dead email address. Support has been less than useless with multiple case closures without resolution with attached alleged chat transcripts to a chat I was never invited to nor alerted to. I can understand getting backed up with support requests but closing cases with chats that never happened is completely unacceptable.

Appreciate you saying that ... honestly, I just got tired of watching so many people run into the same wall with no help from EA. It’s beyond frustrating.
At this point, we need to stand together and push as a community. We paid for these games... we’re not asking for extras, we just want access to what we already bought.
If anyone has ideas on where we can spread this: gaming influencers, subreddits, X accounts, even gaming news outlets - let’s do it. The more people see it, the harder it becomes for EA to pretend it’s not happening.
Let’s not let this die quietly.

Has Charlie aka Penguinz0 spoke on this issue at all in the past? This issue needs to be spread like wildfire. How about a class action?
