EA support is the biggest joke I've ever seen.
72+ hours, 14 support tickets, and only thing I get is chat window +99 and emails that I've been unresponsive.
Not even funny anymore.
Same here. Qued twice for +4h never got to chat with support.
What is funny, is that I opened preivious battlefield and it signed me in with correct EA account immediately....
That requires pretty big imagination from EA..
Same. This is crazy. My steam account is linked to some EA account with a chinese e-mail and ALL I need them to do is unlink it and they can't seem to manage that. It's absolutely bonkers how terrible this is.
