I agree with all of this!!! the next step if they don't answer or respond to finding solutions and fixing these issues is to take legal action!!! it's ok to take our money, but then not help with technical support on issues that they cause!!!??? last chance ea....the players have spoken!!! i am out of $105 on a game i can't play because of linking issues!!! we demand answers and accountability!!! and not to do live chat!!! I have been waiting since 9 am Eastern time, and it's almost 5, and still no one to help fix my issue!!! ridiculous!!! go back to phone lines!!!
