Yes! Currently locked out of my own account, for no apparent reason. Absolutely no assistance from EA when the problem can only be solved by them. 4+ hour agent chat que waits and only notification of an agent entering the chat is when they close the chat thread, because who stares at the phone all day waiting for someone named Akim to ask them to confirm their first name….
