Same boat, had to wait 4 hrs multiple attempts just to try to restore acess to the EA account asked for my info to recover the account info did not match and only one try per support chat they werent clear on what info they were asking for and what info did not match it was extremely frustrating because I cant even play EA games I PAID FOR like BF2042 has issues i just noticed now since i havent played it in months
